BIOGRAPHY

Phạm Hồng Thái obtained his BSc degree in Public Health from University of Pham Ngoc Thach. He is currently a core member of Microbiology and Parasiology Unit (Biomedical Research Center). With the desire of improving public health and life quality, he always takes advantage of every opportunity to learn and practice. His interest of research is several non- infectious diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, … to name but a few. He realised that those are resulted from the unhealthy and unbalanced human lifestyles. In this scenario, better health education through the media is the one of the best options to improve people’s health conciousness, as it might contributes significantly in decreasing the prevalence of these medical conditions in the community. His dream is to help creating a medically better place for living, a place with low disease burdens and people can live healthily.
