Nguyễn Thị Cẩm Bình, PhD

Dr Bình Nguyễn currently works as Head of the Clinical Trial Management Team at the Center for Tropical Medicine Research on Talaromycosis. She is also an Investigator at the Center for Laboratory and Biomedical Research, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine.

With nearly 20 years of experience in biomedical research and clinical trial management in Vietnam and internationally, Dr. Bình has held various research management positions at medical research institutes and pharmaceutical companies. She has contributed to the organization and implementation of numerous multicenter and multinational studies in infectious diseases, tuberculosis, HIV, oncology, and internal medicine.

Dr. Bình obtained her PhD in Clinical Medicine from the University of Oxford in 2015. Her key areas of expertise include research project management; the development and standardization of standard operating procedures; budget management; regulatory documentation and compliance; research ethics; and the coordination of collaborative activities with regulatory authorities, sponsors, and domestic and international partners.
