Nguyễn Trần Phi Phúc has been working at the Finance and Accounting Office of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine since 2015. With experience in university financial procedures, she is skilled in preparing payment documents, monitoring expenditures, and tracking budget implementation.

In this project, she serves as the Finance Manager, overseeing project finances, budget tracking, payment processing, documentation, reporting, and coordinating with team members and partners on all financial matters
