BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh graduated from Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine as a medical doctor (endocrinologist) but enthusiastically switching into public health sector. He was then specialized in public health nutrition (MSc from the University of Southampton, UK) and public health medicine (PhD from the University of Sydney, Australia). He is contributing in this field for over twelve years and has rich experience in children and adolescent obesity, public health interventions and recently in COVID-19 management.

A lecturer of the Faculty of Public Health and an active member of the Scientific Research Unit of PNTUM, Dr. Minh’s capacity and interests spread in both qualitative and quantitative research in public health. He is currently in charge of the field team in the Tropical Medicine Research Program for Talaromycosis in Vietnam.
